On 12/6/12 - I used Appliance Authority to get my oven repaired and they botched the installation causing my oven to misfire and explode after five minutes. When I called them to report this and ask if they could come back to re-adjust, they said that I was out of warranty. When I informed them that this was a dangerous situation for my family, they recommended for me to pay again and have them come out again.
