Wow!! this place has changed owners AGAIN!!?? Makes Reyna's Texas driving school seem palatable, nah! JOY is "also known as ""CHAMPS" driving school ran by some Zaragoza clan. This place has gone from a dump to a sewer! My kid had to sit through a class with no electricity because one of the "CO-owner" from Mexico or some foreign country, had not paid the bill!! TEA is investigating this place as we speak. Hopefully will be shut down once and for all!
