VTech installed a rack and pinion on my vehicle August 2010.After driving 500 miles, the entire steering system collapsed and I could not steer my vehicle. I had to tow it to a Toyota dealership and due to the shoddy work done by VTech, Toyota had a bill of $1,700.00. They allowed me to leave their shop knowing that my new rack and pinion was not installed properly. Toyota put in their summary that "they were shock and surprised that I was able to drive that distance without losing control of my vehicle, causing a fatal accident or being in one" Do not trus
