Bonnie Helt- "I did not use Lee Scarlett---NOW I'm Paying for it. Although my house is built by a supose to be quaility builder and "green star" I have many problems that they are not willing to fix. I am talking serious issuses. I believe it is because they used sub-quality subs. Just because they (other builders) are still in business, does not make them good builders. Pay a little more and get ALOT better home with Lee. If I ever build again, you better believe I will be calling Lee Scarlett in a heart beat."
