Recently while shopping at this store one of the shelves fell on my son. Without asking if he was okay or saying she was sorry, the owner told him "he should be more careful." Luckily he wasn't hurt badly, just shaken. Hopefully they secure their shelving so this doesn't happen to anyone else and learn how to talk to their customers in a caring way. I am not only disappointed in the store, but the lack of compassion for a child.
