When BE NAILS took over Del Webb Nail Salon, they promoted brand loyalty with a "Buy Ten Manicure/Pedicure - Get the Next One FREE." Essentially, spend $300 (plus tips) at BE NAILS and they'd give you a FREE $30 mani/pedi. NOT SO, they are not honoring the promotion. They tell you upon your tenth visit, "Oh, no, that was a mistake. We give ten dollars off on your next visit."
