I started seeing this doctor, because of depression, and had been sexually abused as a child. After seeing him, I felt as though my illness wasn't important, and if I felt horrible, it was my fault. He didn't think it was important, that I had not had a full night's sleep in 9 years, went for up to 8 days without any sleep, and had lost so much weight, that people thought I had anorexia.
