My windshield washer fluid wasn't spraying the window. I talked to an Autozone employee about getting replacement parts. He suggested before I pay for parts I should try to fix what I had. He walked me through it and sure enough, he fixed it. He could have treated me like a stupid woman like the other auto parts stores have, but he didn't. He was professional, and respectful, and most of all helpful.
