WARNING %u2013 DO NOT FLY WITH WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ACADEMY!! I urge you to take this warning seriously. My experience with WIFA was so harrowing and deeply disturbing that I feel obligated to warn others to avoid this company. Without belaboring the details, our plane malfunctioned at 2000 feet. The pilot had to abort the flight and return to the Frederick airport. There was no GPS and no radio contact, among other instrument failures.
