Overall it was my worst experience getting my nails done. I went with my grandmother, who is hard of hearing. The nail technicians talked quietly under the masks and acted very irritated that I had to help communicate between them and my grandma. Half way through, a client without an appointment walked in and the lady doing my grandma's nails left her with six inch nails on to give the walk-in a pedicure. My grandma had to wait almost half an hour before another nail technician was finished with another girl before she finished my grandma's nails. The only words sp
