We had them out twice to try to clean our Travitine and Eng. Wood flooring. The first time they put furniture back on the wet area and the furniture and boxes stuck to the floor. They said I needed to put sealer on my Eng. Wood Floor, now I have found out it probably voided my warranty and it's starting to peel in some areas. The whole approx. 2000 Sqft floor has streaks and the Travitine looks like the sealer was put on with a old mop, Then they didn't show up for two scheduled appointments to try to fix it. Now the management will not answer E-Mails or phone call
