I visited club underground on one of those rare nights when the thing you crave is a really good burger. When the chef brought it out, looked like it would be divine...too much to put your mouth around, i cut it in half to find 3/4 ths of the burger was still raw, not red raw...after waiting fifteen minutes for the manager to come back over, finally the burger made its way back from the grill only this time it was charred beyond recognition even to its own mooing mother.
