Joseph Leofsky is the worst agent and one of the most unsavory human beings with which I've ever had the misfortune of doing business. I nearly purchased a house from him, gave him a good faith deposit, and instead of depositing it into an escrow account until closing day, he gave it to the seller he was working for. This is completely unethical. When the contract fell through because his seller didn't hold up his end of the contract, guess what? They couldn't give me my deposit back because it had been spent! He was unapologetic. He is without scrupl
