I cannot speak for this store but my bad experience with the Winston-Salem store leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this company. I was sold carpet and promised a warranty. Four years later and still under the warranty, this Mohawk brand carpet is falling apart either because of poor installation or because its not the quality carpet we were promised. Clark at the W-S store refuses to take responsibility and has left me and my wife with the problem. I would be real careful before doing business with these guys.
