Don't rent from this company. They will rent your place out from under you. I moved in in August and this company relisted my apartment after supposedly sending me a form email asking me to resign my lease in November, They never even had the courtesy of telling me they rented it out from under me until I happened to call and ask why they are asking to be let in to my apartment. (They were trying to show it) Very shady, they are trying to turn over apartments fast because it's a college town. When I confronted them they were hostile and just repeated
