(Beginning in February 2010) I starting getting the best haircuts that I have gotten in years. You just never know where you will find a talented stylist and, very fortunately, I trusted my instinct to walk into Kelly's Salon. I've gone to a few 'very recognizable name' Houston salons through the years but no one could quite succeed at the layering I wanted.
