I sent my multi-signed baseball to them 11 months ago. It was to be signed by Ramon Martinez. After many calls, emails, The Better Business Bureau, and The Bergen County Division of Comsumer Protection involeved; They WON"T SEND ME MY BALL BACK!!! I don't even care if it is signed. If you send them anything of yours to be signed just kiss it good-bye....YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!!! Don't Make The Same Mistake I Did!! If you call them, they will lie right to your face. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. THE WORST EVER%
