Bought a parrot from them. An employee chopped his wings off. My vet was horrified and disappointed by the way this was done saying my bird was uncomfortable not being able to rest his wings because she didn't leave any feathers to lie against his back. It would be like you or I always holding up our arms without rest. HOW CRUEL AND IGNORANT IS THAT?? Also, by chopping them, she left sharp tips which always poked him. Another thing, I had to watch him for a whole year against falling (until his feathers grew back). My vet said that by not leaving ANY feather
