My son was heading back to his school in San Diego after Thanksgiving holiday when his BMW broke down on I-5. Although Waid couldn't 'fix it over the phone, he and his mechanic stayed late on Friday evening to check the car out when we arrived with the tow-truck after a very long 70 mile tow.
