Upon calling Mark Phelps Interiors, a woman answered the phone. I introduced myself and had 2 topics to discuss: #1: I am offering faux painting and cabinet refinishing services. #2: I have 2 clients in need of interior designing (one master bedroom, one living room). Before I could discuss #2, she was very rude and hung up on me. I would not refer her to design my dog's house! My business was taken elsewhere.
