I found my experience with Steven Falstadt of Blue Hills Roofing the most negative I've ever had with a contractor. He spent more time "talking down" his competition rather than selling himself and his product. I found this gentleman, actually he is far from being a gentleman, arrogant, disrespectful and very much full of himself. I was contacted after I received his estimate to see when he could start the job. I informed him I had gone with his competition that he talked down. I was hung up on. Two days later I received a bill for $50 for my "free" estim
