We rented an apartment from these people for 3 months for our son before a job loss forced a move. A real dump, windows are falling out, termite infestation, one A/C from the 60%u2019s had no knobs, face or filter. The other A/C was not as old but like the other was clogged with dust, the filter had been installed incorrectly by their so called %u201Cmaintenance%u201D person. They sent an appliance guy to fix the stove and refrigerator but despite repeated calls they never sent a maintenance guy over for the A/C. We spent hours cleaning this place when we moved in
