They shipped us a defective sofa and won't take it back. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB. I don't understand%u2026 if the merchandise is defective, then why wouldn't a company take it back. We even offered to pay to have it shipped back just so we can get it out of our home! The quality was very poor and the customer service was even worse. Would never order from them again.
