My insurance was cancelled due to a mistake they made in writing the policy. It has been canceled since June and I have yet to receive any refund for a payment I made before I received a cancellation notice or the unbelievably high down payment. They have a very nasty attitude and no interest in customer service. They promised me a check for the umpteenth time last Friday and when I called today to see why they still didn't have it, they hung up. Avoid them at all costs! There are plenty of reputable agencies within a few blocks. Take your business to those agencies.
