I loved my WAMU banking experiences. So when they became CHASE, I thought "there goes the quality". But I was pleasantly surprised at my next and subsequent visits to CHASE. Everyone was just as friendly, the service was quick and easy and it even seemed to me I had more location options now. I've never had a problem with them and will definetly continue to use this banking institution without hesitation! I highly recommend it to my friends.
