Do not send your loved one there!! I Wouldn't send my dog there!! My mother was in Genesis Healthcare Randallstown, MD for 3 weeks. During this time: #1 - she had to call ME at home because she had been laying in urine for over an hour after someone told her they would "be right back" AND after she pressed the call button 2 more times. This was on the first morning she was there. #2 - it took them over a week to get her on her regularly prescribed medication for restless leg syndrome. She was unable to sleep for most of this period. #3 - it took 3 re
