As a loyal customer for over a year, I thought Rob Hicks, owner of Buzz Cut Lawn Care, was a reasonable man until he stopped servicing our property after I made two small requests. Below are the two requests I made: 1. make sure the lawn is cut evenly (for weeks, he had missed mowing spots in the lawn and the grass in those missed spots grow higher than the surrounding area), and 2. if it were possible to be invoiced after each visit instead of the end of the month. Once I sent these requests, he stopped all service and communication with me
