BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a tree from Park Place Trees in the spring of 2010. We asked Jim Heath, the owner of Park Place Trees, what the warranty was on his trees and he stated 1 year. The tree died within a few months. I called Jim Heath and he came out to look at the tree and stated that the tree was not dead but my sprinkler was not getting the tree wet enough so to trim all the brown branches off, put some "super-thrive" on it and hand water it daily.
