If you're looking for a cleaners that lacks business savvy, professionalism, and can't follow instructions written on an order, then this is the place for you. Took them over a week just to re-hem, not hem, re-hem a pair of pants and sew on a button. They couldn't write my phone number down correctly, so I never received a call about the delay. Great listening skills. Oh, did I mention that when I picked them up, they didn't even have the button sewn on. The excuse was that they're short staffed. What does that have to do with following instruction
