The Tuscan Bistro Bar opened its doors in the fall of 2009. It is located across from the Ocean County Mall on Hooper Avenue in Toms River, NJ. The owners have taken the time to get to know their guests and have made an effort to not only meet their needs but exceed their expectations. It is a gem among an endless string of generic chain restaurants. The warm, casual atmosphere is perfect for a quick lunch, family-style dinners, special occasions, business meetings, or just a fun night out.
