Review

The owner of this business failed to deliver flowers as specified. Did not call me until the next day, and berated me for her inability to find the recipients location. Obtained the recipient's private cell number from her receptionist and was rude to the recipient as well as the receptionist. Humiliating. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
