The place looked so good on the tour. The staff is only helpful until the apartment is leased and then you a huge bother. The apartments and grounds are very dirty and not maintained. What is that in the pool? It looks like rust. The grounds are only pretty in the front. In the back where the residents are is just dirt. The walls are very thin and the management does nothing if you complain. There are broken down cars in the parking lot taking up valuable spaces. Maintenance takes multiple requests and then they just mark it done but did not actually do anything. Yg
