A couple of weeks ago, I reserved a limo with these guys for our party - three couples, two of whom had birthday girls (one of those being my lovely wife). "Cowboy", the seemingly affable owner, told me that he needed to take full payment in advance, of $319 for four hours. When I asked if I could give him my Amex, he said that while he did take Amex, he prefers Visa (unfortunately, my debit card) because he gets paid sooner.
