Craig Phillips was referred to me by a general contractor. I was told that he is flaky but if you get in contact with him he will do good work. So I said Ok and thanked him for the recommendation. I got in contact with Craig very easily and believed that everything would go smoothly. I am active duty military and had to get leave from my boss to leave for 30 -60 minutes so I could get my roof looked at.
