Craig Phillips was referred to me by a general contractor. I was told that he is flaky but if you get in contact with him he will do good work. So I said Ok and thanked him for the recommendation. I got in contact with Craig very easily and believed that everything would go smoothly. I am active duty military and had to get leave from my boss to leave for 30 -60 minutes so I could get my roof looked at. But it turned out that Craig didn't care about me, and didn't care about my service to this country. He showed up at the agreed time of 1300 hours (1 PM). I told
