I had a similar experience as Eric Bee. Set up the appointment 2 weeks out. Huge window between 1 and 5 PM. So Wife and I took a day of leave (we are both in the military) since we also set up appointments for kids. We made sure one of us was home all day. They called at 3:27 (I was in back yard and did not make it to phone before it went to voicemail). I called back within a minute (Literally 60 seconds) and they said I had to reschedule (after she said, %u201Coh ya, I just called you a second ago%u201D). When I asked why, she said %u201CFirst off%2
