They help me get a great computer and after i got home i called them about 3 to 6 time about hooking up my internet and wireless. they took the time to walk me threw it and get me up and running. Did not ask for anymore money. The nice thing about them is there a very small shop with 3 people in there and one is the owner that is always there when i go in. I have know bought 3 more tower for my kids and kids going to school Thanks guys Sharon
