Wendy was 5 to 20 minutes late every week, always blaming traffic. Wendy cancelled 3 appointments with less than one hour notice and not so much as an apology, but charged a no-show fee when we called to cancel an early-morning appointment due to illness. Brought her "therapy dog" to every session and the thing barked and growled all the time! Wendy was condescending and always talked more than she listened.
