We Walter to add 1300sq feet onto our home for my handicap mother and 70 year old father to move in with us. All seemed great at first but as he took on more jobs ours fell further to the bottom of his priorities. He came early for payments for work not yet done, lied about what he was going to do, refused to answer calls for weeks at a time, changed plans without conferring with us and we won't even get into the mess his crew left at our home. He claimed to get sick, had his kids calling asking for money for work not done. Bottom line he completed about 90%2
