So far, the arborists/treatment people have been quite adequate in their jobs. However, speaking as a long-time secretary/office worker, I strongly suggest their people manning the phone be trained in better phone etiquette. The folks that answer the phone are the 1st impression that people get of the company and this can make or break a business-customer relationship. Snide or smart-aleck remarks about a caller's inability to communicate do not qualify as proper etiquette. The caller may be disabled in communication, such as hard of hearing or speech impaired. I
