True to its name, “community” is exactly what is fostered here in our beautiful studio with adjoining treatment space for private bodywork sessions. “You come to this Yoga studio for strengthening, flexibility, to fight gravity and old age - and this wonderful community of people sneak up on you and become friends closely held.” Not just a workout, we offer yoga and movement classes from restorative to challenging, that teach you how to be in your body with ease and understanding. We believe having greater awareness of how you use your body is key to getting and staying healthy, no matter your age or physical ability.

Yoga has been a tremendously postive force in my life over the last three. Luckily, Community Yoga Studio opened in Greenfield 2 years ago and made finding really good yoga classes easier. I must mention that the light in the studio is beautiful and makes the practice all the more peaceful. The teachers are all wonderful, all bring their special beliefs and talents to class,but within their similarities and differences, there is a consistent and reliable quality of excellence. Classes for experienced and not so experienced really meet the different needs. D
