Took my vacuum in for repair and was told that they would contact me the following day. Never heard from them. I called them 3 days later and was told as soon as they could diagnose the problem they would contact me. 4 weeks later (after never receiving a phone call) I went in to get my vacuum and found the store was closed during the week for no apparent reason. After returning when they finally opened back up, I was told that they were waiting on an email for a certain part that was needed. And it would be about another week before they could do anything more. I too
