I bought a van from Ron Uylaki when he owned Gear N Teed Transmission in Griffith (Gary). I gave me a 1 year warranty on parts and labor and the title in a week. It took six months to get a title and that is longer that I have driven the van. It didn't last 3 days and that van died on my way to work.
