I hired Bill Fraser Construction to build a detached garage. After pouring the slab I noticed the quality of his work was extremely bad. When confronted with the issues he told me he would fix them. After keeping me in waiting for weeks he told me he longer would fix the problems or finish the job, he stole my drawings and permits and left me with a giant expensive mess. Also, he still expects me to pay him the full amount. !BEWARE of Bill Fraser's lies!
