We had an awful experience with this company. They made huge screws up on our job, and then wouldn't even communicate with us after the mistakes were discovered. Just one of their mistake = designing the windows on three sides of the house so high that no one can see out of them (this for a house with beautiful mountain views and designed for a wheelchair!) Then rather than work to fix the problems, they did everything to avoid dealing with it even though they know it's their responsibility. We are stuck with a horrible problems that affect the aesthetics%2
