This guy is a self righteous demon who calls himself a man of God. He is as crookedly shady as they come. First off, he tells the buyer the seller's purchase price, which is against the Realtor's code of Ethics. The he proceeds to push our closing date back as far as he can "Because I can" as he said. The onloy reason he did this is to make things difficult because we called to ask the date and it affected his schedule, when he knew we worked out of town and had difficulties taking time off to sign.
