I went into the place knowing what I wanted to get with a quote. The owner was nasty and asked what I wanted. I told him what I was looking for and gave him the quote. He told me "Either you are lying or the place where you got the quote is lying to you". He insulted me bit more by saying things like "you don't know how much gold is now?" and on and on. I walked out of there and walked over one block and found another jewelry store. They had the jewelry which was exactly what I wanted and got it for lower than my quote.
