My wife tried to return a Japanese Maple%u2026 Provided by YP.com Posted by grayskull on 06/14/2011 My wife tried to return a Japanese Maple tree that was under warranty, she had the tag, the tree, and original receipt and she was told to get bank statements just to exchange for another $30 plant, when she asked to talk to general manager, she ignored my wife and did not return her calls. They have nice plants but terrible customer service. My wife and I and my Mom and neighbors I've recommended to go there will not longer be shopping there. To bad
