Review
The lot rent is a little higher then other parks in and around Lima and you do pay your own water bill ! But the managment takes care of the park and keeps the riff-raff out. Eastwoods is a wooded park with two ponds well eliminated streets all lots have a driveway and locked mailboxes. The homes are kept up and the residents are friendly . Comparing other parks in Lima the owners have chosen not to put any money back in to their parks and sadly they are deteriorating fast !
