I have been using A-Guaranteed for at least 10 years or more. I have never had a problem with them. They've repaired my Maytag washer and dryer that were purchased in 1987. They repaired the ice-maker in my Kenmore 27 cubit ft. fridge purchased in 1992. Installed and new dishwasher many years ago and recently installed a new washer motor in it. When the rep found I was missing a washer piece on the top rack, he ordered it for us and had it shipped to us, free of charge for the part and shipping. So no problem.
