Bought a tree cancelled order within 24 hours. Moon Valley said they wanted 15% cancellation fee to pay tree planter and salesman. Tree not even delivered yet. Salesman degraded Star Nursery which raised red flag. Bought same size type tree from Star Nursery 1/5 the cost, saving $370.00. Moon Nursery policies show they don't care for repeat business or bad press. Avoid Moon Valley or at least go to Star Nursery and truly have a good business experience.
